Hub on Campus Fullerton! Our property has a rich history, rooted so deeply that it ties us back to our original name – Orange County State. This campus was once covered in orange groves, providing a unique connection to the land and community that surrounds us.
Our building reflects the honesty of the Core Spaces brand, providing a glimpse into the life that awaits post-graduation. We take inspiration from corporate offices, coworking spaces, cafe culture, and members’ clubs to create a space that emulates the lifestyle our residents already know and love.
Our approach to interior architecture incorporates vision, smell, and touch to create a stimulating environment that facilitates learning and personal growth. We believe integrating aesthetics with science is vital to passing classes and ultimately achieving success in the real world.
